Mark Halbruner is a partner in the law firm of Halbruner, Hatch & Guise, LLP. Mr. Halbruner was born and raised in Cape May, New Jersey. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Messiah College, Grantham, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He received his law degree, with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark, New Jersey. While in law school he served on the Moot Court Board, was elected to the Order of the Coif, and completed a judicial internship with United States District Judge Dickinson R. Debevoise.

Mr. Halbruner has been practicing law on the West Shore since his admission to the Pennsylvania bar in 1992. He serves clients throughout central Pennsylvania. He practices primarily in estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and lifetime gifting) and estate administration (probate and non-probate). He also represents clients in real estate transactions, guardianship for incapacitated persons, estate-related lawsuits, tax appeals, and general litigation. Mr. Halbruner has successfully handled non-jury trials as well as appeals to the Supreme, Superior, and Commonwealth Courts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Halbruner is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Cumberland County and Dauphin County Bar Associations.

Mr. Halbruner lives with his family in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He enjoys baseball, gardening, and vacationing at the shore.
