Practice Areas:
- Estate Planning/Special Needs Planning: Jackie works closely with individuals and families to draft simple and complex wills, trusts, healthcare and financial powers of attorney, living wills, as well as providing representation with guardianship proceedings. She provides the advice and guidance necessary for tax planning, planning for incapacity, as well as implementing an estate plan
- Estate/Trust Administration: she manages probate proceedings and trust administration in which she guides the Executor or Trustee in successfully fulfilling the terms of a will or trust
- Elder Law: Jackie has extensive experience with elder law issues, involving long term care planning, assisted living, retirement issues, healthcare issues, nursing home placement, and Medicaid eligibility. She is skilled at exploring care options with clients as well as developing asset protection plans in order to protect a person’s property and life savings

Personal Life:
Jackie was born and raised in Middletown, Pennsylvania. She currently lives in the Hummelstown area with her two children and puppy. Jackie has always enjoyed outdoor activities including hiking and biking, but her dream is to travel the world.
