Traci L. Hilferding
As a paralegal in our real estate department she assists the clients in all aspects of real estate transactions involving residential purchases, corporate purchases, land purchases and refinances. As a paralegal in our estate administration department, Traci assists the clients in all phases of trust and estate administration, including the initial preparation and filing of probate petitions, determining asset values, preparation and filing of Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns and personal, estate and fiduciary income tax returns.
Traci attended the Academy of Medical Arts and Business and graduated in 2004 with high honors receiving her Associate in Specialized Business Degree in Paralegal Studies. Traci joined the Firm in July 2005 as a legal assistant to Attorney Clifton Guise. In 2007, she moved into the position of Real Estate and Estate Administration Paralegal.
Traci was born and raised in York County, Pennsylvania. She and her family currently reside in York, Pennsylvania.
Stacey L. Nace
Stacey has been with the Firm since its formation in 1992 and has been employed in the legal field since 1984. As a Paralegal with the Firm, she assists clients with all aspects of estate and trust administration. She also works with clients to assist with Medical Assistance applications and related issues.
Stacey is a lifelong resident of Juniata County, Pennsylvania, and she currently resides in Mifflintown with her fiancé and her daughter.
Traci l. Sepkovic
Traci began working for the Firm in 1998 and has been working as a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal since 1999. As such, she works closely with clients and their families throughout the administration process. She is involved in all aspects of the trust and estate administration, including preparation of the initial probate documents, locating and verifying assets, preparing distribution agreements, accountings, federal estate tax returns, Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns and personal and fiduciary income tax returns. Traci continues her education and stays current with ongoing changes in the estate and tax laws by attending Continuing Legal Education seminars presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other accredited institutions.
Traci is originally from Western Pennsylvania where she began working in the legal field in 1993. She attended Business Careers Institute and began her college education as an Accounting student at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg where she maintained an Honors status. She relocated to Central Pennsylvania in 1998. Traci lives in Camp Hill with her husband and two children.
